Hundreds Tanah Tinggi Public Housing Residents Served at Door-to-Door Adminduk Service

Total 188 Tanah Tinggi Public Housing occupants were served in door-to-door population administration (adminduk) service carried out by Central Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Sub-agency at RPTRA Rusun Tanah Tinggi, Jalan Rawa Sawah No. 14, RT 16/03, Tanah Tinggi Urban Village, Johar Baru Sub-district.

This door-to-door service is provided to make it easier for the community to apply for population documents

Central Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-agency Acting Head (Plt), Fredy Prasetia stated, this service was free of charge. His side provided adminduk services to the residents, such as recording e-ID Card (e-KTP) data and issuing Family Card (KK), Child Identity Card (KIA), death certificate, birth certificate, and marriage certificate for non-Muslims. Tanah Tinggi Public Housing residents can access the service at 08:00-12:00.

"This door-to-door service is provided to make it easier for the community to apply for population documents and make them aware of the importance of orderly population administration. We hold the service in public housings, schools, and urban villages, especially on holidays," he explained, Saturday (11/20).

In the service held at Tanah Tinggi Public Housing, his isde recorded that 200 residents were attended the service and 188 residents were served. In detail, 10 people came for e-KTP recording service, 19 people for damaged/lost e-KTP, 1 person for mutation/moving purpose, 118 people for KK renewal, 8 people for KIA issuance, 31 people for birth certificate issuance and renewal, and 1 person for death certificate issuance. For this service, his side deployed 10 personnel to socialize people about the importance of orderly population administration.

"For birth certificates, people can take the documents on Tuesday in Urban Village office. While other documents can be completed in a day. Residents also welcome the service since it is flexible, easy, and fast," he conveyed.

Ernawati (42), resident who live on the 3rd Floor of Tanah Tinggi Public Housing, Block 6, admitted that she was greatly helped with this door-to-door service because it is free of charge and very fast. The documents requested can be taken home immediately on the same day. On this occasion, she updated her KK and applied for KIA issuance.

"It really helps me, because we don't have to go to urban village office. Moreover, I have small child at home, so it is hard to leave her. This service is closer to my house, so if there are missing files, it is easy to go back and forth," she said.
